Linx Modular Capabilities - Modular Exhibition Stands Ltd are proud to have some of the very best Linx Modular exhibition stand system knowledge in the industry, having worked for this 'trade only' exhibition supplier. We're best placed to understand your needs and translate them into the very best Linx Modular exhibition stand design.
Linx is an unusual exhibition stand building system as it comprises of multiple aluminium extrusions, fixings, straight and curved beams and accessories, giving our stand design team an endless range of design opportunities.
Linx is the best system for those exhibitors looking to complete display system that will cope with both small and large exhibtiion floor spaces, shell scheme booths and space only bookings, odd shaped floor spaces and even cope with roadshow and stage set backdrops... as we've said Linx Modular is the most versatile and cost-effective exhibition stand solution.
We can design a 'kit' scenario to cope with all of your usual floorspace sizes so that one investment will build all of your exhibition stand spaces. Should you need to redesign any future spaces, additional hardware is easy to add into your kit without breaking the bank.
It's also worth mentioning that Linx exhibition stand hardware, flat packs down to the smallest of all true modular exhibition building systems, so storage in between events takes up minimal space. This also helps massively with transportation costs and international exhibition stand shipping costs should your event program include European or exhibition venues further afield.
Linx Modular's Stylish Looks - Linx Modular is an aluminium extruded profile building system. Although it can be compared to shell scheme in looks, we have come a very long way in addressing the aesthetics of this versatile exhibition system. We can bend Linx Modular profiles, we can cut 5m lengths to suit your needs so can be far more flexibility with our Linx Modular stand designs than other contractors and give you exactly what you want.
Linx Modular's Graphic Finish Options - There are three options of graphic finishes for the Linx Modular exhibition stand system, traditionally printed solid graphics slide into the systems inbuilt channels, this method of graphic dressing means that a degree of the aluminium profiles are visible, this is known a the 'panels in channels' look. Should you be looking to mount products directly to your stand walls, this can easily be achieved by installing 18mm MDF panels into the system channels and branding the faces of the MDF, so items that are not too heavy, can be displayed on the walls saving your valuable floorspace.
The second and more popular graphic dressing method is large expanses of printed fabric graphics. We us a media that has no show through so your imagery, branding and sales messages are bold and punchy. This graphic treatment has a couple of advantages, firstly it reduces the transportation weight compared to 'panels in channels' and secondly and more importantly, greatly reduces the amount of aluminium Linx profiles that are visible. Finally, when storing fabrics, less space is required again compared to traditional panels in channels'.
The third graphic option is to add backlit graphics, this can be done in two ways. Linx Modular has its' own backlit graphic units, which typically give you a 1m wide by either 2.4m or 1.2m tall curved backlit graphic areas (3.6m tall if stacked on top of each other). These units have internal lighting kits added and are then infilled with a printed acrylic graphic to make an eye catching exhibition display.
'Bolt On' Extras - Modular Exhibition Stands Ltd has a unique range of optional extras which include, large backlit fabric graphic units for where added visual impact is required, a range of TV screen sizes, bespoke gloss white laminate or RAL sprayed lockable counters, power floodlights, 'spaced off' graphics to give a 3D effect to logos or key messages which can also be light from behind to give a halo effect and colour changing LED strip highlight lighting for counters or sub floor edges.
You can also hire our unique, super large backlit graphic units... when these are added to flat walling areas they give super bright, uninterrupted backlit graphic areas - our most popular units sizes are 4m or 13ft tall by 2.3m or 7.5 ft wide and 3.4m and 11 ft tall by 2.9m or 9.5 ft wide. We also have a range of gloss white laminate lockable counters - all items are subject to availability.

Linx Modular is a cheaper solution to purchase compared to Aluvision. Linx Modular flat packs down to a more manageable storage space and allows for a totally bespoke looking stand. By changing / adding new profile lengths, or any of the range of curves beams you can create canopy ceilings, suspended structures that can be suspended above your floorspace. Linx is a tried and tested exhibition system that has been a leading solution within the industry for two or more decades.
As we've mentioned, there are three main graphic dressing methods, 'panels in channels', non backlit fabric graphics and integrated lightbox units, all available using the Linx Modular profiles. In addition to this we can add our own super large backlit graphic units (hire stands only), when added to flat walling areas these units give super bright massive, uninterrupted backlit graphic areas - our most popular units sizes are 4m or 13ft tall by 2.3m or 7.5 ft wide and 3.4m and 11 ft tall by 2.9m or 9.5 ft wide. The Linx system is more than capable of bearing the weight of large 70-90"TV screens (structure specific) and retail slat walling panels, which can be branded, should you need to display products.
This is probably the hardest question of all to answer... not because we're being evasive but because each design is bespoke and costs are based on multiple factors... the Linx Modular profiles it uses, the amount of graphics and the type of graphic production method being implemented, the venue location and the amount of time the event has permitted to the physical installation and dismantle schedule. As a rule of thumb, if you have booked a 30 square meter exhibition floor space we should be able to offer a hire stand with entry level graphic production and a UK installation service from £8 to £15k and upwards.
Please don't let this 'guestimate' figure put you off, should we already be installing at the event you're attending this can help to reduce costs, so please do complete our exhibition stand brief form at the top of this page to receive your FREE Linx Modular exhibition stand design and quotation... you just might be surprised !
