Portable Display Stands
Portable Displays are temporary display stands, set up primarily to draw attention to the products or services you offer and get as many buyers as possible to your location. We always try and present back our FREE stand design and quotation within 5-7 working days from receipt, but if workloads are challenging, we'll always give you an update.
Our briefing form will ask you to make a choice between our Aluvision and Linx Modular systems or Custom Build if that's your preference. We'll need an idea of budget so the form gives you the opportunity to set a working budget via bands of spend.
You'll also have the opportunity to upload and documents that you think will help, like previous stand images, floorpans, your own brief documents or product imagery.
One we have these we're off an running... we'll work up of design and produce some rendered views of your stand using either website content as imagery or failing this some generic branding and imagery just for the presentation stage.
We'll also try and produce an animated walkthrough of the space so you can get to grips with how the layout might work for you... this is always a firm favourite with our customers.
We'll include our quotation which might either be on a hire or purchase basis based on the information you have presented us with.

Yes indeed, not only will be handle the physical exhibition stand installation, we'll be able to produce and help you order your own stand sockets to save you money, or we can place the order for you, charging an additional 15% of each invoices nett total as our flat fee.
If we're not already supply a sub-floor or floor covering as part of our services, we can handle this ourselves making for a more cost effective solution.
Should you need hostess services, we've sourced and supplied both male and females hostesses for our client's stand I the past, they usually attend a pre event meeting with you so you can tailor their tasks as you wish, whether this be hospitality or indeed sales messaging or literature handouts.
We can also source and action hospitality services should you be looking for barista style refreshments or something a little different for your stand visitors.
We're used to integrating AV solutions into our modular and custom stand solutions so can supply TV screens, AV walls or sound systems if required as well.
